Synopsis

Three friends in their mid-twenties reunite at the place of their youth, where they must renegotiate their friendship between gas station cruising, motorways, and the world’s oldest lesbian bar.

    Tina Muffler (they/them): *1998 in Lucerne (Switzerland), studied at the Institute for Applied Theater Studies in Giessen. Since then, Tina has been working as a theater maker and media artist in the field of film and sound. Tina is part of the queer-feminist theater performance collective schwestern. Bleifrei 95 is Emma Hütt's and Tina Muffler's first short film together.

    Emma Hütt (he/she): *1998 in Germany is a director, author and filmmaker from Berlin. After studying Applied Theater Studies in Gießen, Emma studied Film Directing at the DFFB Berlin. Emma is part of the queerfeminist theater performance collective schwestern. Bleifrei 95 is Emma Hütt's and Tina Muffler's first short film together.
